These Terms govern your use of Wikiendo ("the Site"), operated by Dr. Semion Roitman — Endodonzia e R&D ("Operator", "we", "us"). By creating an account, contributing content, or submitting reviews, you agree to these Terms.
Wikiendo hosts articles, instrument pages, and reviews contributed by users. Content is licensed Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). By submitting content, you grant the Operator and all future users a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to host, display, adapt, and redistribute your contributions under CC BY-SA 4.0.
You retain authorship credit; your contributions may be edited, annotated, or removed in accordance with these Terms.
Reviews of instruments and courses are opinion, not professional advice. Reviews must be truthful and reflect the reviewer's genuine hands-on experience. The following categories of content are not permitted and will be removed on report:
The Operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules without prior notice and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate policy.
Content on Wikiendo is for professional peer discussion and education. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a substitute for current regulatory approvals, or clinical guidelines issued by dental associations. Treatment decisions are the responsibility of the practicing clinician.
You must own or have rights to any content you upload, including images. Do not upload copyrighted material (manufacturer brochures, textbook excerpts, copyrighted photos) unless you hold the rights or the use is within fair-dealing/fair-use exceptions with proper attribution.
Trademarks of instrument manufacturers are used for identification and reference only on Wikiendo; Wikiendo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
Any user may report a review or page they believe violates these Terms using the ⚠ Report button attached to each review. Reports are reviewed within 7 calendar days. Both the reporter and the content author receive a decision email with reasoning (if contact information was provided).
The appeal process for content authors whose content is removed is documented in DSA transparency.
We may suspend or terminate your account for repeated violations, fraudulent activity, or legal compulsion. You may delete your account at any time; previously contributed content remains under the CC BY-SA license but is dissociated from your account on request ("right to be forgotten" under GDPR Art. 17).
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from reliance on user-contributed content. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and EU law, the Operator's aggregate liability is limited to €100 per user.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Operator's residence, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by a banner on the home page for at least 30 days.
